Analyze common problems and take corresponding measures
PHENOMENON:
During spraying,wrinkles similar to orange peel and grapefruit peel appear on the surface of the coating film,mainly due to the inability of atomized small paint particles to flow and poor adhesion when they reach the paint surface.
SOLUTION:
After the paint surface is completely dry and firm,depending on the severity of the orange peel wrinkles,use ultrafine sandpaper or coarse wax to remove the orange peel. If the situation is serious,use sandpaper.
